The forms below are necessary for you to enroll your child at the Charleston Soccer Training Centers at the Citadel. These documents are available in Adobe PDF format. $30 Per family discount for those registering 2 or more children to any of the training centers. The siblings must attend the same week of camp. Discount will be reimbursed at camp if you apply online. If you apply through the mail please send registration fee minus the discount if you are signing up siblings.
